future's gonna be okay

i don't know if it's the spravato or reducing my ADHD meds dosage or changing my depression meds or a combination of things or none of these things BUT i have been touching my hair nonstop!!!! it's so frustrating!!!! (for context, i have trichotillomania, aka i pull out my eyelashes, eyebrows, and head hair). i'm pulling a little more than usual as a result. i had gotten to a pretty good point with the pulling - it was at a pretty low level for a good amount of time - and i'm worried it'll return to its previous high level with how much i'm touching / playing with my hair. it's to the point that my arm is sore from holding it up at the end of the day lol. ugh!!!! release me from these demons!!!!!! >:(
