watch cartoons for relax time

text or call your cg maybe even hang out 

use lotion anything with a nice or soothing smell :3

put on a onesie/oversized clothes

use your paci/teether

eat something like a snack or meal (just be safe tho please!)

play with your toys

take a nap with your stuffies

color/draw a picture

clean/organize your room

clean your agere gear (pacis/sippys/teethers)

spend time with your pets (if you have any =^w^=)

watch a movie

eat some fruits/veggies

you can do with or without a caregiver :)

activity’s to do-

coloring a photo that you’ve drawn, printed, or out of a coloring book.

watching cartoons! (some shows to watch- pocoyo, my little pony, Doc McStuffins, spongebob  squarepants, Vampiriana, molang, carebears, and strawberry shortcake)

take a bubble bath! add some toys and a bath bomb if you’d like! :))

tea party! set some of your stuffies in a circle or at a table and have some warm tea with them uwu

take a cozy nap! you need lots of rest if your gonna play all day :)

things i like to have-

a blankie to keep all warm and snugly

a stuffie- if i’m on the go i take a small one :)

one of my pacis

a sippy cup- either with water, juice, or milk :))

little toys in case i want to play any games -usually blocks or legos

kiddie plates/silverware -i use these instead of big kid ones in case i drop them (don’t want an owie)

things i eat/drink-

teddy grams

juice

pb&j sandwiches

milk

apple slices

gold fish

mac n chesse

cute socks- socks are easy to wear because no one really notices or anything because cute socks are common

over-sized- over-sized clothes can make you feel small and comfy :)

onesie- a pain onesie with a skirt or a pair of pants just looks like a tucked in shirt one with a pattern may be a little harder to pass off

backpack- Minnie back packs can be passed off because alot of people use them as storage bags (you can carry snacks and a small coloring book with crayons anything small you'd like to have)   

key chains- key chains and backpack charms are a great way to express yourself without drawing attention

candy- go to like a 711 and buy some snacks and maybe some juice too :)

accessories- you can wear bracelets that you've made, bows, cute necklaces,anything you’d like :)  

games- i have a ds i like to play but you can always download cute games on your phone to play (i recommend animal crossing uwu)

music- i have a few playlists i like to listen to like cartoon/Disney soundtracks

water bottle- a cute water bottle that you’ve decorated or that has a cute pattern :))
