I think with BEN, your friendship would be full of teasing and jokingly bullying each other. He’s probably crossed the line with his jokes a few times, but definitely not out of malice! He just tends to take things too far.
LOOOOVES teaching you about new videogames / introducing you to new genres! Please do the same for him, even if its stupidly low-quality mobile games!
I think he would help you slowly build your dream gaming setup, and would customise your pc case for you if you et him. Don’t let him, it WILL be covered in random waifu stickers that he ordered to harass jeff with.
On that note, WEEKLY VIDEO GAME SESH!!!! Sometimes he’ll invite a couple of the others to join, but it’s just a bros (gn) hangout to chat shit and talk about random stuff that’s happened. When its just you two, he really loosens up and goes crazy on your shared favourites. Just don’t let him on COD lobbies with his mic on, he will get banned for foul language.
Will find you random game cartridges or raid random PCs he comes across when gathering info on potential targets. Lets you have first pick, or sometimes hides them around your room as a nice surprise for later on.
Has a nasty habit of coming through your screen without knocking or asking first, this has led to him coming in while you’re changing multiple times. He has not yet realised that knocking would prevent this from happening.
BEN is a very jealous person, so he wouldn’t want you spending more time with another pasta you’re friends with. That is to say, if you’re hanging out with someone else and using screens, he is 100% gonna sabotage it by fucking around with the electronics. After a while, he’ll start doing that less. But it will take a while for him to be comfortable sharing your time.
Despite being a fucked-up version of link visually, he’ll task you with keeping LOZ content away from him. It really sets his anxiety off after being stuck in the cartridge for so long. Even so much as hearing an ocarina played has freaked him out really bad.
When he does have nightmares about what he went through to get stuck in the game card, he completely isolates from everyone except you. He will not talk, because his voice glitches when he’s scared, and he doesn’t want to be considered vulnerable when he’s in this state. Its difficult, but just sitting there with him helps the most.
As long as you treat him like a normal human, rather than a half ghost half code creature, you’ll get along great. He confides all his secrets and thoughts in you, and wants you to do the same.
Pranking other members of the household with him!! He can get through every screen in the house, so if you plan the pranks he can execute them without getting caught. You two have pranked nearly half the pastas at this point, and everyone keeps blaming Toby.
