I've always been bad about picking at my skin, but it was always just popping pimples and squeezing bumps. Lately my picking has gotten so much worse, my shoulders look like someone went at them with a tomato corer. My finger nails are chewed down and I can't stop picking at the skin around them, to the point that I had to put band-aids around my fingers. I've been picking at my chest and thighs too. I think my thighs are a lot worse, but I have one that just keeps bleeding but it never shrinks and I can't give stop fucking with it. I've been picking everywhere; back, arms, legs, butt, and now my toes because I have ingrown toenails. I'm so angry at myself. I thought I was getting better, but I think my anxiety is just manifesting in a different way now. fuck. I just want my brain to work. now I have to do a drawing assignment for class tomorrow with half my fingers covered by bandages, and it's already 12:30am. fuck. I'm a mess
