I really need to stop picking at my skin/hair. The main thing I’ve seen suggested is to toss out all of your tweezers, and I know that would work, but it’s just so difficult to do it. It feels so stupid that I can’t just stop, but also, I like the feeling of picking enough that it’s just so hard to go through with it.
