Anchusa officinalis (aka common bugloss) of the Boraginaceae, the borage family

and Anchusa arvensis (aka field bugloss) of the same

Knautia arvensis (aka field scabious) of the Caprifoliaceae, the honeysuckle family with some Matricaria chanomilla (aka German chamomile) and Tripleurospermum inodorum (aka scentless chamomile), both of the Asteraceae, the aster family in the background

and a walk on the beach after we were done for the day
