work went great. a few swimmers early and then swim team from 7a to 9a. water aerobics was outside today 830a to 930a. the lead lifeguard that went through lifeguard training with me 2.5 years ago put in her 2 week notice. she is going to college in another town and will be relocating in late August. i'm kinda sad to see her go. she is super to work with and has become the best of the lead lifeguards in the water park

picked up the sale paper at Kroger and some discounted pecan rolls

scorching hot this afternoon. currently 101F with feels like 116F. no mowing for me today. one of my gym friends was out on his boat last Friday and became dehydrated and passed out. they brought him to the emergency room and gave him IV fluids to get him back hydrated. drink you water and stay cool.

mowed the front and back yard with mother in law's riding mower

wife's doctor called and the lumpectomy surgery is scheduled for July 28, pending insurance approval

slept terrible last night. trouble falling asleep even though i took some meds that usually help. also, i had a dream that i was in a tunnel with 2 dinosaurs and one of them was moving some rocks and then i woke up and felt like i was trapped in the tunnel

a few swimmers early and the swim team from 7a to 9a. my early coworker was on time and good to work with. my 9a coworker didn't show up and i'm not sure he will be employed much longer because this was his second no call / no show for scheduled work
