exercise felt good and spin class was great. in spin class, the majority of the riders prefer some of the older spin bikes and i have ridden an older spin bike for the last several years. the gym has some new spin bikes that are by the same manufacturer but the resistance adjustment on the bike is slightly different. as the number of class members has grown, we sometimes run out of the older bikes. today, i decided to start riding one of the newer bikes and learn how to adjust the resistance so the older bike i was riding would be available to others

fire alarm went off at the gym between my exercise and spin class. i checked with the fitness attendant and he didn't know of a scheduled alarm test. evacuated the building and stood outside for about 25 minutes. 4 fire trucks arrived and 2 fire department supervisors arrived. later, i heard that there was some issue with the water pressure in the sprinkler system.

applied the bravecto plus to Peanut. she isn;t a fan. i gave her a chicken flavored churu as well as her usual morning treats

the indoor pools are closed for the bulkheads to be installed in the competition pool this week. the bulkheads are adjustable walls that are used to change the length of the competition pool between 25 meters and 50 meters. i was assigned to work outside today with no instruction on what to do so i picked up paper and plastic and rocks and other debris around the water park and also cleaned some debris from the drains in one of the pools. it was hot out there as the sun rose

exercise felt great. i thought i would be winded on the step mill but did ok

protein smoothie and 1 piece of peanut butter toast for lunch

woke up at 330a with periodic pain in my left big toe. took a tylenol and later an advil

went to church / fell asleep during the service and almost missed something that i was assigned to do. woke up in time and took care of it and i don't think anyone noticed

tuna salad sandwich for lunch

mowed and weed eated daughter's yard. temperature = 91F and humid

hydrated and microwave popcorn for a snack

watching "Keeping Up Appearances" with @brainsludgemissives at 6p
