the gym workers and lifeguard received Hershey kisses

exercise felt good. didn't feel energetic in spin class but did ok

breakfast = 1/2 cup of coffee and an apple at the gym. 2 pieces of toast and 2 boiled eggs at home

to help with the swim meets, the gym has closed the indoor pools so additional entrance doors can be installed. construction was supposed to start yesterday but i didn't see any activity when i exercised in the afternoon.

the spin instructor and ladies in the class have been complaining when i am gone and if i didn't let them know ahead of time that i would be out. they have all exchanged phone numbers and text each other so they know when one of them is away from class. they told me they felt weird asking for my number, so i put my phone number on a post it note and gave it to the instructor after class today. i told her just to not put it on the lady's rest room wall and they thought that was humorous.
