exercise felt good

i usually bring an apple to the gym to eat before i get on the step mill and i forgot to bring one today so i ate 2 mini Reeses

free sausage biscuit from McD before my points expired and a yogurt at home for breakfast

visited a 95 year old guy from church. he was telling me about growing up in north west Louisiana near Barksdale air force base and all the planes he would see. he also talked about the trees in his yard and birds and squirrels
