A reef made of sponges instead of coral...could you imagine it? Of course, modern ones are only formed by glass sponges, which aren't as soft as the more famous sea sponges you're probably used to...!

I DO know of sponge reefs, vaguely... but only because they're a part of the Bikini Bottom flora (or would that be fauna?) that I'm so used to drawing! Or an approximation of them, anyway!

i will be honest,, before getting my hands on a weird metal brain teaser i thought jonathan was just a fellow puzzle connoisseur (im still standing by him liking puzzles i dont care),, but they are more a tactile thing than anything, cuz they aren't really that hard ((if they arent hard for me i can only imagine theyre a breeze for jonathan)) so i can see that being the case!! i kinda imagine hes always been a kind of tactile stimulation enjoyer and its more of something that adds to the fun of killing for him.. also maybe hes fond of metal because of all of his surgery n' killing equipments and whatnot? like holding them and handling metal almost makes him reminiscee..?? alot of what he uses is metal (surgical tools like scalpels, scissors, plus his knife and gun!) so i can imagine it has to remind him a bit of his sick weird fun? idk! also i can imagine the puzzles being fairly easy but not tooooo easy being an ego thing for him aswell so theres that..
