also Chengye stressing whether he'll make it on time bc traffic and all gosh I hate that feeling so much so I was stressing with and for my boy

I love Wang Fa so much in this moment, because instead of ignoring the problem and being like dw it's fine take your time, he actually pushes them to realise that, some things can't wait(*)

anyway what I wanted to ramble about was that: yk most of the team has been abandoned before (but not like fully by everyone-) but then you get Chengye

We all know he's known for being a loner, we now know his family situation(vaguely but enough to yap) which also makes him even lonelier and then the team not really being that close to Chengye

and of course our new info: Chengye and Fu Xinshu were supposed to meet up when they were kids but things happened they didn't meet up, CY was a sad bday boy his parents couldn't have cared less and then were in our present

Wen Chengye asking for a simple why and Fu Xinshu not wanting to answer(he was probs like being abandoned by his mom or some other thing) but at the end Chengye got no answer or not even an excuse

the archive did not disappoint me but I must say— these nasty bastards at the end! Like brooo but also why ;-;
