. . . What does he think most medical doctors are going to do for a stroke in that situation, apart from dialing 911? Especially if their specialization is in something other than, like, neurology or emergency medicine. How much can they really accomplish for a stroke at a dinner party, without any medications or medical equipment?

if you had a stroke at the dinner table you’d want there to be a NURSE on hand, not a fucking gynecologist or an orthopedic surgeon. the nurse could at least recognize what was happening to you and keep you stable while getting you to a hospital right away, which is what you need to happen for a stroke. the doctor might ask you to lose weight first.
