UMM BUT This might be sloppy because its 11am i havent slept but i do have thoughts i wanna put out there before i do anything else

Maryo and peach are. kind of horrific on all sides? to me? Theyve been turned into gross caricatures of themselves except peach has managed to retain at least a little bit of normalcy, meanwhile maryo is basically unrecognizable. Having such a close relationship (romantic or platonic, idc. mareach) turn so drastically on its head just completely out of the blue one day with irreversible effects, forcing you to adjust to an entirely different lifestyle is. something i kind of wish couldve been explored more but i understand why they didnt lol

I dont think maryo thinks about it. i dont think maryo Likes to think about what he was before and he seems to enjoy being himself the way he is now enough to actively resent/fear going back... in my head hes #ignoring it and pretending like nothing even happened

ummmmm. peach probably thinks about it. the guy who consistently showed up for you is suddenly a total asshole who does things solely for the bit and youre always the punchline. Hmm. Probably not enough though or maybe shes just accepted it

Maryo - Aroace + Agender (doesnt really care about whatever pronouns people use on him, but when he refers to himself in third person always uses name nd no pronouns)

Meggy - Unlabelled Demi-Aroace + Demigirl (she/her)

Luiji - Achillean + Genderqueer (he/him)

Tari - Sapphic + Demiboy (he/she/they... my transmasc tari agenda)

Saiko - Lesbian + Genderfluid (she/her)

Melony - Lesbian + Nonbinary (she/they/it)

Bob - Transgender man. Probably straight im unsure. (he/him)

Boopkins - Unlabelled (he/him)

Karen - Pansexual (she/her)

Axol - Lesbian + Transgender woman (she/her)

aand a little extra because its been my truth since before they were even revealed;

The scene where Mario, Meggy and 3 were being pulled by the red tentacle thingies into death, 3 was having a full blown panic attack.

The way Meggy looks at him while he spirals is so damn heartbreaking... Igbp was probably the first time he's ever been that vulnerable in front of anyone, the first time he ever showed how he truly felt about everyone and everything. Seeing probably one of the most (supposedly) cold hearted and meanest people in the crew break.

Then, 3 realized, that this may be it. That this is the last time he'll ever see SMG4, Mario and Meggy, but especially SMG4. That maybe, just maybe, he should slightly lower the walls he built around himself, just slightly, to reveal whatever he hid for so long under his mask, just so reach to SMG4, to maybe snap him out of it before it's too late.

So he did.

The way both Meggy and Mario look at him.

They didn't know he felt like this. They didn't know he grieved as much as them, but was too afraid to show it in fear of being mocked and rejected.

Then, 3 decided to just screw everything and pour out even more. Admitting that yes, despite everything, he considers himself 4's boyfriend and will always be by his side, no matter what happens.
