It’s not really a manga but it’s a comic adaptation of Tell me it’s Real by TJ Klune. Funnily enough, I discovered this book through the mymangalist listing of manly appetites because it was recommended and yeah. It’s such a similar dynamic so if you’re also insane about manly appetites you’ll really like this one too!!

It has the same dynamic of fat mc who doesn’t think highly of himself and then his love interest who is so so stupid but he loves him so much to the point the mc is in disbelief (hence the title ^^) ALSO THERE IS ACTUAL PHYSICAL INTIMACY UNLIKE MANLY APPETITES WHICH I AM STILL SO UPSET ABOUT RAHHHHHHH

I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH IT IS SO SWEET!! Unfortunately I think you would have to purchase the book since I don’t think there are any scans online? Or I could just be evil and scan it myself when I get the chance

Also shoutout these two facecloths I got from a limited merch release the creator did back in 2022 I think?? It was a gacha type thing so the merch you got was randomized but these are so cute and have been displayed on my wall ever since!
