Crazy how i went from having bfs and gfs left and right when i was younger and skinny to being single and alone for most of my young adult life because of how disgusting ive gotten.

The pain of not having that love is unbearable, but im just not worthy yet.

Don't get me wrong, I do want to be skinny af and will relapse on my €d forever and count and restrict as many c^ls I can

I NEED ADVICE T^T

I literally only spend up to at most $300 a day because of my GI disease and sensory derived food aversions BUT MY THIGHS ARE STILL SO BIG

Literally everything else has seemed to end up beautifully (no more septum arms and i can see my hips!) but MY THIGHS REFUSE TO LET ANY OF IT GO!

I do a lot of heavy lifting with my arms at my job so i havent had to worry about any upper body workouts…but my thighs just seem to be stuck with flab…

What are some good passive activities/thigh workouts that yall use?
