I am shocked and saddened by the news of David Crosby's passing. It was because of CSN and other influential groups from the '60's and 70's that I decided to get a guitar and learn how to play it. I used to sit with my friends Tony and Bob and our mutual friend Lisa to play and sing. I would take Cosby's part in the songs, especially "Helplessly Hoping". I'm not sure why, but for some reason, we think our heroes are immortal, that they won't age, get sick and die. Inevitably, they do and we do, too. My deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of David Crosby, especially Stephen Stills, Graham Nash, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Melissa Ethridge and so many more. Rest in peace, David. I just found the grave of a yung lady whse name you are familiar with. Her name was Harley Quinn.She was born August 22, 1913 in West Virginia and died at the West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville, WV n July 2, 1944 at the age of 30.
