I think I just really want to live simply

Feeling very stuck in my life recently but also feel very unsure about what I need to change to make myself feel better

I don’t really know why, but around mid 2023 I really fell off when it comes to journaling. I feel like before that time period I was writing all the time, making little mood boards, collages, and trackers. These days I feel productive if I write just a page which is lame, and what makes me saddest is that it’s just so boring in there! No color and just a bunch of half finished thoughts!

Wait. Two year anniversary of what I like to call my relationship 9/11 is coming up next week… no wonder the rumination and yearning have been so bad

Allowing myself to forget and be forgotten
