I’m really excited about Sonic Mania!!  (I hope classic Amy is in it!)

This is meant to be taken seriously, but James Fry’s art is too bloody hilarious.

Can you see why I don’t like reading issues written by Ken Penders?

The story begins with another of Penders’ favourite infodumps. Apparently Uncle Chuck was on that trip around Mobius with the royal family and Antoine despite the comic never stating as such, and Sonic’s dad has sensed that the Freedom Fighters are in grave danger, somehow. I guess they’ll appear later due to plot convenience?

Also, on a lesser note, look at Sir Charles- I think that was meant to be his lip, but thanks to it being colored pink, it looks like he’s blepping. Chuck the Blephog, heh. 

*I think in the previous issue, Sally had summoned Jules because Sonic was quoting Han Solo. 

THIS IS NOT A DRILL PEOPLE!

It need hardly be said, this is fucking vile.
