I have clarifications for some of them.

I am perfectly fine with "dude" and "guy" no matter the context, but I personally view both of them gender neutrally.

Kid depends because I don't like being talked down to but if slang I guess fine. Similar logic to lass and lad.

I don't want "sir" as the masc equivalent to "ma'am" but I do like it in the formal term for a knight. I'm not a knight but if that context comes up or you mean that connotation I like it.

I'm fine with "adult" as a label but I don't want to be referred to by it as a pronoun. "Woman" is just because of my personal experience with the term, but a similar rule can be applied.
