I really dont like wasting my time on people who dont know what "not taking sides" is. Im not happy with boss and i will not be happy to interact with them for the bullshit theyve done. i know that they wont see this, but i am genuinely getting tired of people saying they wont take sides then very VERY obviously take a side. If your gonna be a mediator, do it right you dipshit. its not funny when i hear a close friend hyperventilating and sobbing because you decide to say some bullshit. boss is lucky im a pacifistic person by nature, otherwise id be saying some shit i wouldnt be able to take back without being labeled a "toxic friend."

if standing up for both myself and the safety of my friends means being the "doctor" then ill do so. im not going to dwell on bullshit because its utterly idiotic. im not saying im smarter but im definitely more mature than boss and the rest of the people involved in this situation. i dont care about many people but i would blow somebodies fucking brains out if i had to for these three people. I swear to fucking god boss i will make you learn what not taking a side is and make sure that it fucking STICKS.
