Modern Kayazeno met in a hospital as kids and kept meeting there as they got older due to Zeno being ridiculously accident prone and Kaya having terribly weak lungs.

I love my little AU it's pretty silly. :) I don't let either character die in this one bc they deserve to be happy. Kaya gets treatment and Zeno just. survives ig lmao.
