I just ate a gram cracker. I’m at work and I’m locking back in after binging for a long period of time. My body already has gotten use to having food again so the nausea and hunger pains are killing me. I chugged some ice water but I felt like throwing it up so I just grabbed a gram cracker out of the cabinet and chewed it slowly. I know I’ll have some dinner when I get home but I hate the transition of eating to restricting. A few months ago, I was able to fast no sweat but now I have to start all over again to gain back my tolerance. I’m so stupid.

Park farther away and act like you're training for a heist.
Put your phone across the room before bed.
Carry groceries in one trip. Pride is stronger than your core.
If you're waiting for food to microwave, do squats.
Walk around during ads instead of becoming one with the couch.
Dance badly. Calories don't care if you have rhythm.
Use the bathroom on a different floor if possible.
Stop trying to find the closest parking spot like it's a rare Pokémon.
Drink water before deciding you're starving.
Race the shopping cart back to the cart return.
Pretend every staircase is a boss battle.
Pace while you're on the phone.
If you drop something, do a dramatic squat instead of bending over.
Walk laps around the kitchen while deciding what snack you want.
Clean your room aggressively.
Vacuum like you have a personal grudge against dust.
Walk your dog. If you don't have a dog, borrow motivation from someone who does.
Put on one song and clean until it ends.
Take the long route through stores.
Stretch while your coffee brews.
Hide snacks behind healthier foods and see if laziness wins.
Stand up every hour even if it's just to look around confused.
Drink from a smaller cup if you keep pouring sugary drinks.
Turn chores into speedruns.
Carry your laundry basket instead of dragging it.
Walk around while waiting for game updates.
Take the stairs and complain the entire time.
Keep fruit where you can see it.
Stop eating directly from giant bags like a woodland creature.
Walk to think instead of sitting to overthink.
If you can't find the TV remote, congratulations, it's cardio time.
Put your favorite song on and become the music video.
Meal prep so Future You has fewer excuses.
Use a water bottle you actually like.
Walk around stores even if you're only buying one thing.
Do calf raises while brushing your teeth.
Pretend you're in a montage.
Keep workout clothes visible instead of hidden in a drawer dungeon.
Take movement breaks during gaming sessions.
Challenge yourself to beat yesterday's step count.
Stop rewarding every inconvenience with food.
Walk a lap before getting seconds.
Make your bed. Somehow this helps everything.
Turn cleaning into a full-body workout.
Carry things instead of making ten tiny trips.
Walk around while watching videos.
Learn one dance from the internet and embarrass yourself privately.
Keep healthy snacks ready for emergency goblin mode.
Stand while folding laundry.
Drink water first. Then decide if you still want the snack.
Chase your cat. The cat will win.
Use smaller plates if portion sizes keep sneaking up on you.
Walk while listening to podcasts.
Put snacks somewhere inconvenient.
Do a few pushups every time you lose a game.
Turn on music and suddenly cleaning becomes an Olympic sport.
Take an extra lap around the grocery store.
Stretch during loading screens.
Walk to clear your head.
Don't trust hunger that appears immediately after boredom.
Put your alarm across the room.
Carry water everywhere like it's a legendary item.
Practice balance while waiting in line.
Walk around the house when you're stuck on a problem.
Make healthy food easy and junk food annoying.
Squat to pick things up.
Stop trying to burn calories and start trying to collect tiny victories.
Walk around your yard just because.
Use a basket instead of a cart for small shopping trips.
Dance while making dinner.
Do wall sits while scrolling social media.
Walk one more block than you planned.
Eat slowly enough to remember what the food tasted like.
Stretch after waking up.
Make water your default drink.
Challenge friends to step competitions.
Take the scenic route.
Move during phone calls.
Don't sit down immediately after finishing a task.
Carry pet food bags like you're training for strongman competitions.
Put on shoes. Weirdly, it makes people more likely to move.
Walk while listening to music and pretend you're the main character.
Make a playlist that only plays during workouts.
Keep healthy snacks at eye level.
Stop treating exercise like a punishment.
Walk to the mailbox even when you know it's empty.
Take stretch breaks during binge-watching sessions.
Get sunlight and movement at the same time.
Do a lap around the house before grabbing a snack.
Leave one bite if you're already full.
Don't negotiate with your couch.
If you're bored, walk first and scroll later.
Clean one thing every time you enter a room.
Carry heavy stuff carefully instead of avoiding it.
Turn "I'll do it later" into "I'll do it for five minutes."
Walk around while waiting for food delivery.
Use energy drinks for energy, not decoration.
Stop trying to be perfect and just be consistent.
Remember that every step counts, even the ones taken to the fridge.
put on your favorite song and flail around your room like an enchanted forest creature having a minor crisis

Silly Rant
I’m nervous about moving to my new apartment. I’ll officially be living alone and going to college away from home. I was excited at first and kept thinking about all the restricting I could do and how I’ll have to walk my dog every day instead of just letting him out into the yard.
I kept thinking how much weight I can lose but a part of me is scared. I’m scared of the solitude. I’m scared of not having my friends near me or anyone to talk to. I’ll be a stranger to everyone and I can get pretty awkward when talking to new people.
This will be good for me and it’s what I need to grow and actually start my career but who is going to want to be friends with a sad, lonely 24 year old with an ed. I can’t help but feel like a lot of my days will look like cigarettes on the porch and endless amounts of lounging around. Of course I’ll have homework and my dog but when it comes to human interactions, I won’t be getting much of that.
You’d think I’d look forward to making friends at school but I’m usually left out into the background and just sit through lectures without talking to anyone. Then I go to my car, have a smoke, then go to the next class.
I find talking to my professors a little easier than my actual classmates but I’ve always been like that, even in high school.
I just had to get this all off my chest and place it here. I thought about getting a journal again, haven’t had one in years since I’ve always been too depressed to even write in it but maybe with my solitude will come new sparks of creativity. I know my boredom will make me want to stay more active, I definitely can’t snack or stuff myself out of boredom.
I guess I’ll see how it goes…
