Onto personality!! Richard still talks… a LOT. And he’s still full of himself, BUT! He’s quite good at his career, and I personally think he’d be a MUSICAL/PLAY ACTOR!!!! (Because there is no way he isn’t a theatre kid.) This being said, people often put aside his selfish/smug remarks and play it off as him being confident and self assured.

When talking to fans (or people in general), he’s quite charming, and at times will be snarky (but again. he’s famous…and a man. so people more so find it funny/think it’s his sense of humor). This being said… when the big reveal is said and done… Richard shows his true character… and becomes more like his OG self, but calmer. [He does still have mini freak outs though. lmao]

Moving onto Matt… I’m cutting his personality to fit a tutorial character ! Sorry not sorry!/j

He acts a lot like his “true self/after the reveal”, but somehow. more pathetic. He’s very paranoid (similar to ogchard), but plays it off by acting ‘tough’. eventually, he’ll show a ‘softer/before reveal’ side, when confronted.

athenas a bit older, around 22 here. metis was killed when she was 15 and due to some circumstances outside of her control it was decided she’d be tried as an adult, at which point she was found guilty. she’s dissociated heavily enough that she’s actually completely forgotten the original events and just decided that she’s guilty for real because that’s what everyone else was saying. she had a retrial when she was 18 due to pressure from simon, but it went even worse due to her aforementioned beliefs and she was given the death penalty. for lack of better words she’s very lame and generally just tries to behave however people expect her too. she became a prosecutor because she feels she does not have to ‘act’ in court and feels like she can just kind of let go. the reality of it is that it actually makes her very uncomfortable but it’s deeply familiar to her since it’s the oldest thing she can remember, her brain forgoing all memories from the time of the trial and before in favor of trying to keep her alive.

aura is the phantom. aura originally (before the phantom killed her and stole her identity) was not fond of Athena and fully believed her guilty, only offering her some pity due to simons insistence on her innocence. she worked as a security guard at gyaxa and took quite a bit of pride in her job. yes she still has a fat crush on metis. eventually she was killed by the phantom as she posed the perfect identity (already close to athena, otherwise relatively unknown) at which point she (as the phantom) decided to work at the jailhouse where Athena was and essentially work her way up to being her personal warden à la fulbright and blackquill in canon. this worked out. simon is suspicious of her and she knows this, but aura herself is confident that he won’t figure out what happened to aura.

she’s still not fond of Athena but her reasoning for doing this is trying to dissuade her from further pursuing law (both as a cover for what the original would do, and decrease the likelihood of Athena spilling anything about the incident) although it has not worked
