A gay couple who’re having a rough time right now are singing karaoke to mend their relationship. Another guy’s making angels with paint on the floor. He doesn’t look too healthy, tbh. Cut dream/imagination sequence of a hula/piano performance. Meanwhile, a girl who’s probably down with a cold at the time is cheered up by some friends with a shadow puppet theater performance. Cut to three friends on a road trip. The guy’s singing an uplifting legalize it song about Jesus (cue hula/piano performance to get in on the action). The song takes a turn towards the dark while the two guys from the beginning have mended their relationship with the power of music. The sick girl from the shadow performance smiles sadly. She’s probably gonna die the next episode.
