There is a certain joy which goes along with not having control of your own orgasms, and trusting someone to hold a physical key for you has both risks and rewards.
You’re not always allowed out when you want to be.
When there is a lull in our sexual relationship, it’s both exciting and worrisome for us; exciting for me in that I honestly don’t know if I’ll be allowed out to play – or even a ruined orgasm – but I worry over Her well-being at the same time.
I never push, and try not to fret.
For Her, there’s a touch of sadness when She’s not feeling especially sexual. It’s entirely understandable (there are things going along with middle age which are causing the lull), and She feels as though my needs are being neglected.
I asked for this photo to be taken, not for some kinky purpose, but to have it in company with my thoughts today. She locked me up, as always, and happily made several images.
Then we talked as She chose which photo was most demonstrative of the control that key represents, both in times when we’re sexually charged and those when one of us is not.
We’ve always said – and strongly feel – this blog’s purpose is to inform, educate and entertain our readers, and today is an example of that.
Being committed to our FLR (with enforced chastity as its cornerstone) means we are understanding of each other’s needs, sometimes despite not being bananas about sexual activity every single day.
Communication, caring and concern on both our parts gets us through lulls like this, and both of us are still keen to satisfy the needs of the other.
After She chose her image, instead of going to the toy bin for some nutso plaything, She instead received a back massage and promptly fell asleep.
Our marriage is like that. And we’re both doing perfectly well with our ongoing arrangement. The sexual things will return with time.
We just thought we’d share today’s musings with our readers – in order to demonstrate that the FLR concept doesn’t always have to be about D/s, isn’t always sexually charged, and can still produce spectacular emotions within both parties.
