Для этого уже сформировалась рабочая и справедливая правовая основа: при получении правомерного запроса согласно Закону о защите авторских прав в цифровую эпоху (DMCA) мы блокируем сообщения и медиафайлы, которые содержат материалы, предположительно нарушающие авторские права. Мы также оставляем пользователям пути отступления на случай, если они сочтут, что их контент удалён несправедливо. Hello there, i’m going to talk about a SERIOUS problem!

There’s this person “MadSkillz” She’s STEALING and EDIT arts from PIXIV JAPANESE ARTISTS and earning MONEY from making PS background on PATREON!

She keeps continue and even made her pledges HIGHER on it! We have prooves that the artists don’t agree and she just ignore it! DO YOU ALL EVEN AGREE WITH THIS?!  HERE! The list of all known (for now) artists that she stolen! Some people already contacted some of them about this horrible problem!

By the way, some pictures she is using are taken from shutterstock!  According to the site, a license needs to be purchase for someone to make money of their pictures! I wouldnt be suprised if she took from freelance photographers without permittion.

  Here some Artists who didn’t even knew about that and proof that they don’t agree at all about it!!
