People who don't pirate things are insane to me you know you can have access to literally everything all the time right

i feel like a lot of fandoms arent the same anymore because so many people in them expect fancontent that caters to them specifically and get upset when the content caters to the person that made it and thus this causes a lot of rudeness and straight up hate towards these creators (esp towards artists who take requests). if you want more fancontent for the thing you like you need to accept that not all that content is going to cater to you and that's okay. just move on with your day, there is no need to take it out on the creators

It's incredible how all of the censorship on the modern internet doesn't actually seem to be making society kinder or more wholesome hmm maybe there's a lesson in this
