First of all a really big THANK YOU to @novvvas for allowing me to convert this awesome set! All credits go to her.

I’ve planned to share the set a little at a time, so expect more parts :)

This set contains a couch, an armchair and a dining chair. All the items are tested in game by me, please message me if you have any issue!

I’m used to specify the polycount of each object I convert, you can view it in the SFS folder.

This, ladies and gentlemen, was a herculean effort. Last time I posted I mentioned I was going to make some doors, and so I did, 12 bleeding doors

And so I present to you Heritage, a 21 item set

It includes:

3 Windows: 1 counter, 1 middle, 1 tall

2 Arches: 1 single, 1 double

4 Interior doors: 1 plain single, 1 plain double, 1 glass single, 1 glass double

4 exterior doors: 1 plain single, 1 plain double, 1 glass single, 1 glass double

And single x2 (a single door or window that takes up 2 footprints) for every window, 1 of the arches, and each single door.

So that’s 6 windows, 3 arches, and 12 doors in total. (insert exhausted sigh) hopefully that will fill the hole in my life I like to call ‘traditional-windows-and-doors-one-might-find-on-a-typical-traditional-English-house’

I bring you a new designer table for your sims looking for fancy new shinies to spend their hard-earned simoleons on. The GUBI Moon Dining table comes in 5 different presets and can be yours today for the small price of $1500. Don’t hesitate and call now   5 presets - first one fully recolorable with 2 channels (tabletop and legs); the other five with a marble overlay on the tabletop and recolorable legs. Found under Surfaces/Dining Tables for $1500. While I’ve kept the footprint 3x1 tiles, the actual mesh is a bit longer and wider that the ea tables. The chair and object placement positions have been adjusted accordingly to avoid clipping weirdness, but that makes the table with chairs attached take a bit more space than usual. Keep that in mind and don’t stick it into super tight spaces to avoid routing tantrums. BG compatible, compressed. Enjoy! This has been sitting in my wip folder for months, annoying me (getting the right specular is a bitch). It’s finally in a decent enough state to share, so have some lamps.

Thanks to @kacicka777​ whose ts2 version I tried and failed to convert at first but still helped lots with the uv map reference.

2 versions - regular and small; $500 and $450, under Table Lights, 3 presets - black and white ones fully recolorable, the gold one you can change the hue of. (Thanks @deniisu-sims​ for the idea to stick the metal on the multi!)
