In the first half of 2025, dolikeyoufeel brought the sims community a highly impressive world Bobrokurwice, and Haartverd, released in the second half the year, is just as outstanding as expected. This world draws inspiration from suburbs in European countries such as Finland and the Netherlands. The town is built around complex buildings, with a beautifully crafted, realistic layout. When viewed from above, it has a Cities: Skylines vibe. The minimalist modern apartments offer sims a high-quality lifestyle. Meanwhile the lush green streets blend together perfectly, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere that's ideal for strolling. If you have @anitmb's Mountain Bike mod installed, cycling along these spacious sidewalks is sure to be a delight.

Regarding the community lots, I particularly like the market in pic 9. It's very realistic, offers diverse activities, and even includes an underground parking lot and a small outdoor plaza. Additionally, this world uses rabbit hole rugs placed inside various buildings. These buildings also have different rooms furnished with functional objects corresponding to their purpose. If you have Zerbu's Ultimate Careers Mod installed, this feature will come in handy.

Although the world itself is small, the multifunctional buildings may be too dense and the individual lots are very large. In my test folder I only had nraas and store items installed, but I still got heavy frame drops when switching between map view and live mode (and I wasn't even using Reshade all the time). Sometimes, just dragging the mouse would cause lag. I'm not sure what performance is like for you @dolikeyoufeel but this is the only spot that's giving me trouble (maybe if i remove a few lots and make them parks or rabbit holes instead, it'll run better). Anyway, this is a small and modern world worth checking out. Thanks again to dolikeyoufeel for bringing us such an amazing creation!

The vibe is sort of a house that a boomer bought for a hundred bucks decades ago, as well as a house on Pinterest. I posted a preview a while back, but I wanted to change the landscaping to be mostly roses since I was feeling inspired by Blue Velvet.

Summer is slowly coming to an end, but the fields are still golden, and the air carries that soft warmth only late August can bring. Over the past months, we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes, and today we’re finally ready to invite you into a world we created together.

With Silverlinings, Baumgarten, We’ve poured our hearts into a collaboration inspired by the charm of thatched cottages and timeless countryside living.

I've built a two-story cottage surrounded by rolling wheat fields, climbing flowers, and a rustic stable. Inside, my vintage wallpapers wrap the rooms in soft patterns and muted colors – spaces that feel cozy, lived-in, and full of stories.

Silverlinings brought warmth to the interiors with a cottage living room set – plush seating, a glowing fireplace, and furniture that feels as though it has always belonged there.

Baumgarten completed the scene with stone fences, a beautiful bathroom set, a decorative thatched roof, and a windmill inspired by the historic Tarcumshane landmark in Ireland – details that make this countryside truly come alive.

Creating this world together has been such a joy, and we cannot wait to see how you bring it to life in your own games. The sets will be released this evening – and we hope they fill your Sims’ homes with the same warmth and quiet beauty they brought to ours.
