sometimes God answers your prayers in a way that you do not like, that’s part of resigning yourself to His will

we can trust God with every aspect of our life. He wants what's best for us. He knows what's best for us. it requires trust on our end to believe this is true. choose to be faithful over fearful.

God fights battles for me that sometimes I'm not even aware of. People who don't have my best interests in mind abruptly dropping from my life, toxic opportunities not manifesting, plans that could have put me in harm ways not materializing, etc. I trust His Devine and sovereign guidance over my life, all things are working out for my good.

there is beauty in the mundane. life doesn't have to be constantly adventurous and excting to be fun or worth living. there's beauty in spending a saturday baking cookies and reading a good book. there's beauty in taking a hot shower after a hard day. there's beauty in ordering pizza and watching a movie with your best friend. these things are just as worthwhile as travelling the world or skydiving. you're allowed to appreciate small joy, as well as big joy. you'll be happier for it.

In 2022 prioritize relaxation, not being in a constant state of worry and anxiety. Being able to unplug from the worries and expectations of the world while enjoying the present moment. Prioritize setting up spaces and time to unwind and give yourself the attention and pampering you deserve. Life doesn't have to be hectic all the time.
