Like darkwick really dont give a fuck about that girl's safety for even humoring the idea of putting her in that dorm. And yes they did send some cats for repairs but that was in the first few months and after that their general hospital needed repairs so they stop working on her dorm and after that absolutely nothing, at no point in time did they think to actually go back and check if she's living in a safe environment.

If they wanted to treat her like a freak they might as well have gone all the way and actually let her stay in obscuary,

Honestly they could've made her stay in any dorm and still do her inspector work but darkwick couldn't be bothered to actually care about the safety of someone they know will ''die'', they've only ever seen her as a soon to be anomaly and how they could use her to learn more about the kyklos. Because if they actually saw her as a human, they'd treat her as one.
