A regression in your progress is normal and should be expected. You can't force yourself to be 'good' 24/7 just because you've been doing better. Your recovery won't always work out the way you want it to, I am having some of the worst days again in months and I'm going back to a lot of old habit but it is okay. Simply knowing what your doing, what's happening or knowing that you can feel better makes it easier. Don't be too hard on yourself and keep going
