"And you are the one who hasn't figured that out yet."

"We all just became archetypes. I at least have the self awareness to choose who I am."

There are countless reasons I absolutely ADORE the Gangle and Zooble's heart-to-heart in episode 6, and this moment stands out to me the most because of all the subtle details that add to their characters and the emotional impact of this whole scene.

If you look closely, you'll notice that Zooble's hand lowers after Gangle asks if they had to make the choice to love themselves, too. This isn't because they suddenly aren't eager to help Gangle, but because hearing about her anxieties and struggles (and the question she posed to them) brought up their own anxieties and struggles. Thus, their hand lowers because they doubt they can overcome their struggles, and if they can't overcome their own struggles, how can they possibly help Gangle with hers?

So when Gangle takes their hand, it snaps them out of whatever state of doubt and worry they were in, representing how being together will finally give them both the strength and courage they need to overcome the similar hardships they face!

I think it's heavily implied that Kris self-harms, and I wondered what scars could turn into in the dark world. Got a little carried away with the colors on this one but i really like how it turned out :3
