the thing about naps is that one nap most likely isn't enough to keep you rested which means it could lead to another nap which once again could be unsatisfactory and will eventually lead you to having a whole ass 6-hour deep sleep instead when you barely did ANYTHING productive for the day.

Listen I get it but you CANNOT use "sensory nightmare" as an excuse to avoid essential things. You HAVE to find a way to make it work, such as finding effective alternatives. But you can't just avoid it.

You need to eat some vegetables in your diet or you will become a lich.
