I VOLUNTEER
Well then, Iâll try to take you with me when I next visit. And that should be soon, considering I need to check with the King and ensure I have no other duties.Â

Everything hurts Iâm literally dying I donât know if I can do thisÂ
A lot. Way too much, probably, which isnât doing much for my headache.
Where are you right now, Child?
kitkatpryde:
So far Iâve fallen through the bed/floor/chair four times and walked into a wall/door/table three times.Â
This sucks.
Are you feeling alright, Child?

Somebody tell whoever is punching the inside of my head to stop. Iâm too tired to do it myself.
What is in your mind?
snarkyspider:
Okay. Okay. Just⌠let me go quietly freak out in the corner about how awesome it is that things that were science fiction 10 years ago are actually science fact.
If you have some time, I would be happy to bring you up to Asgard. It is more than incredible, and if you are this excited, surely you would lose your mind when we cross the Rainbow Bridge.

âHalf bad? Well I suppose the same could be said about you, Warrior. You are not bad, yourself.â

25. Do they have any weird bedroom habits? Any unusual kinks?
In the bedroom, Sigyn is very submissive. She may initiate contact, but she will rarely take control of the situation. Sheâs happy to be on the bottom, and she knows sheâll be taken care of at the end of everything.
1, 9, 13, 25, 29
1. What position does your character sleep in? ( i.e; stomach, side, back, etc. ) Describe why they do this â optional.
Sigyn sleeps in a tight ball in her bed. During the night she may lash out, but she rarely wakes up in any other position. Holding herself is the only contact she receives after her nightmares, so she tends to just fall asleep already preparing for the images.
9. Does your character dream or are their nights filled with an empty blackness? Describe a dream theyâve had or a night they couldnât sleep and what they did to preoccupy their time.
Almost every night Sigyn will have a nightmare about her boys. The rare times when she is left without dreams she will still wake up crying- this time for not getting to see her children. The most common nightmare for Sigyn is watching her boys be dragged away, Loki turning on her, and then her witnessing her childrenâs death.
13. Have they ever been so overwhelmed they had to stop and take a break from something?
While learning how to sew, Sigyn often threw the thread, fabric, and needle into the fire. Her break was when her mother reproached her and made her go find more materials to practice on. When learning how to control her blade, Sigyn had gotten a better command on her temper and took breaks instead of lashing out at whomever was training her.
25. Do they have any weird bedroom habits? Any unusual kinks?
Before going to bed, Sigyn will go into her sonsâ old room and light their night light. Sheâs done it everyday without fail, and even in New York she went out to purchase a lamp that she will light and leave in a separate room.Â
29. Does your character get restless when things are too quiet or do they favour solitude and silence? Why?
When things are quiet, Sigyn will start to turn her focus outward and ensure that nothing bad is happening around her. But she does not love the silence as much as she used to. Now the silence feels more empty, reminding her of what sheâs missed or what she once had.Â

Do you believe in true love? If so, do you think you'll ever find and be with your person?
I do. I know that while I was still married to Loki I had believed in it more, simply because I could see that he loved me and he still wanted to be with me. I think after he found out about his heritage, and how he had been misled for centuries, he forgot the important things in life. I feel like he forgot me. So when we did meet again, he only saw someone who he didnât trust and who he believes lied to him as well. And when he crushed me, I think he meant it. But I believe in love, and I believe Iâll find it again. Even if that means I find it in a child instead of a husband.
Childhood Warriors // Sif & Sigyn
Since the outbreak of the Mutant Flu, there had been mini riots all around the city. And not only did it begin to scrape on Sigynâs nerves, but it also made it hard to go from her S.H.I.E.L.D. apartment to the daycare. She had nothing to do on Midgard other than care for the kids, and it was the highlight of the day. A new story everyday, yet the same smile from every face. What wasnât to love? Maybe when she missed some of the smiles because kids were worried about their parents getting home. Or maybe she didnât love it when a child didnât show up because their mother was too caught in a memory of the Attack on New York to bring her child in. There were many times Sigyn didnât love the riots, but when it effected the kids, that was when she was ready to truly hurt someone.Â
A few days after she escorted Lucille home, Sigyn finally met a familiar face. She had been moving past the Avengerâs Tower when she heard the tell-tale voice, making her stop dead in her tracks and turn to the crowd. âSif?â Without thinking, she moved straight for the people, shoving protestors aside when they didnât move quickly enough. âSif?â She called out, moving her hand inside her jacket to feel for her blade. If someone was trying to hurt her, they would not only have an Asgardian warrior to deal with, but also a former Asgardian royal.
Dance of the Gods || Flashback || Sigyn & Loki
that-laufeys-son:
His smile was a tender ray of sunshine, a breakable, unsteady thread of light. Loki was sure of a great many things; the steps in all Asgardian dances, the first sentences in his favorite book, that the birds fly and the fish swim, how a well balanced blade feels like, that the sun sets each night and that one day will be his last. What he was never truly sure of was how convincing he was and how he really made people feel. He could tell happiness from grief, fear from confidence, but he could sometimes not tell love and fondness apart from pain and acceptance. All the nuances of emotions were a maze for him and sometimes not even words could reassure him that he saw what was being felt. Receiving a smile did not mean you were forgiven.
When Sigyn spoke his heart fluttered and seemed to stop for a split second. The dance went on, but Loki gave his full attention to his wife, hoping that the dancers around them were present enough to move aside if necessary. Not a word, not a syllable, would pass unheard by him in his quest to grasp the emotions of the one person in his world. There was truth in her voice, he could tell, and he allowed himself to believe every word she said. Not only because he trusted Sigynâs honesty, but because if those words were lies they would poison him with their black, twisted thorns, his heart would crumble and break, creating a void in his body, in his soul. The truth in those words was the sole purpose of his existence, and if they were lies he would have no reason not to walk out of the hall and throw himself down from the walls of Valhalla.
Leaning into her touch he heard the song run to its end. He closed his eyes, keeping the image of what he had seen inside his mind, storing it away for eternity. The final notes left the harp and the dancers stopped. Loki opened his eyes and smiled at his lady. âI will give you no reason to take that promise back, my lady,â he said, and stepped back, still holding her hand and bowing his head. From the corner of his eye he noticed his father looking at them, or, more precisely, at Sigyn. âHe admires you, the Allfather,â he commented, turning to look at the king. Their eyes met and he saw pride in Odinâs one eye, but it was so quickly gone that he knew it had never been intended for him. A chill went through his bones and he felt himself sink down, grasping for straws of thin grass to hold on to. Tearing his gaze back to Sigyn he proposed light-heartedly, âCome, love, let us have some wine before Thor has made it through the last barrel.â
If there was one thing she respected about Loki, it was that he kept his promises. There had only been a few exchanged between them so far in their marriage, but he had given her no indication to worry over them. He could lie and deceive, but it seemed he valued promises. âThank you, my love.â She murmured, offering him a curtsey of her own as he bowed before her.Â
At the mention of the Allfather, Sigyn felt her gaze flicker up and skitter towards him, watching him blink and turn away from them both. She had no idea what Loki saw, but she felt as if she missed something important. The feeling was only confirmed when Loki shifted and seemed to lose some emotion. Sigyn wasnât able to place her finger on what had changed, all she knew was that he was different from before.Â
âThat sounds like a wonderful idea, my love. Iâm sure Thor could stand to have a glass or two stolen from his barrel.â Sigyn smiled and moved closer to her husband, leaning up to press a small kiss on his cheek in an effort to restore whatever he seemed to have lost. âI am blessed you are my husband, Loki. Your brother is far too crude and rash- he rushes into problems without thinking of the consequences and who can be hurt. I am grateful that you have learned from your mother; that you care for someone beyond the mirrorâs reflection. It means you will end the days with something more satisfying than a hammer and some wine.âÂ

Iâd like to take this time to point out that we only got to putting people on our closest satellite about 50 years ago. Also, thereâs going to be a lot of people who want to be at their party⌠though, really, a party in Asgard would make security a lot easier.
We have transported armies from one realm to another. Surely a party will not be too difficult.Â
A Night to Remember || Eros & Sigyn
the-delightful-starfox:
Eros was ecstatic to find someone in the middle of this gloomy city among all its problems as Sigyn. He had assumed his passive field of âGood Vibesâ had something to do with it, but so what if it did? A good time is a good time after all!
Noticing the wink he placed a his right hand over his heart âOh you flatter me sweet heart.â He said with a bit of a laugh showing off a toothy pearly white smile. Dancing sounded like a fair enough way to begin the night. âDancing should give us a bit of a boost in our excitement, brilliant idea you have there!âÂ
Having a lovely woman such as Sigyn on his arm was quite the familiar feel, although he couldnât help but smirk about it. He was very comfortable about his arms and despite the fact he so rarely worked out they always seemed to be firmed and toned, it was great being him. He looked around noticing the crowds of people surrounding them âOut of all the cities in all the worlds this has to be the most crowded Iâve seen. Care to fly instead?â He said with a bit of a laugh all though completely serious.
When was the last time she had been complimented with such gusto? So what if the man seemed to have rehearsed the line a thousand times and used it on hundreds of women? What did it matter that she so strongly disliked to be called Sweet Heart? This man cared about her-if only for tonight- and that was a change of pace.Â
âIâm glad we agree on one thing!â She didnât explain which part it was she agreed with, but she doubted the topic would last longer than what had already been said. It didnât matter anyways, she wasnât sure whether she agreed with his assessment of her intelligence or the idea of dancing.Â
Curling her fingers around him tighter, Sigyn moved closer to the man and eyed those around the couple. The street certainly was crowded at night, but it was difficult to say whether or not it was more crowded in the daytime. âFlying?â She smiled in confusion and looked him up and down. âI would love to fly, but I donât see how we can perform such a feat.â
