久しぶりに一清で晩酌。それにしてもラーメン喰うペース落ちたなぁ。自分のメンタルの弱さにつくづく嫌気がさす。でもまぁ喰う時くらいは楽しく過ごしたいね。馴染みの大将と談笑しつつハイボールをチビチビ、今夜の〆はローテーション的にとろみ醤油。優しい豚骨スープに芳醇な醤油の味わいが葛湯の様なトロみを纏い、ズルんと啜る度に美味さが口中に広がる。合わさる中太縮れ麺も風味宜しくスープをこれでもかと引き上げ美味いねぇ。餡掛けとも違いこのスタイルのラーメンは他所には無い個性派だと思うし、もうちょっと流行ってもよさ気なんだけどなぁ。いや、流行るとまったり呑めなくなるんでこれくらいでイイか(^^)
