Bottom Growth - Bottom growth is the euphemism for your clitoris increasing in size on testosterone. In some men it grows a few CM, in others in grows up to two inches. It just depends on the individual. In a way, it’s sort of a smaller penis, and can get “hard” when you’re turned on. Kalvin Garrah has a very good video on this on his youtube channel, if you’d like to know more details. This is usually the first change, and will occur after about two shots. It will, however, continue until about one to two years on T. The growth can also be increased by pumping. A doctor will sometimes recommend pumping, if your growth isn’t big enough and you choose to get a metoidioplasty. Pumping isn’t a “required” thing, it’s just personal choice. This is a permanent change, and will not reverse if you go off T.

Skin Oiliness/Acne - This is probably one of the least wanted changes, but it is one of the first. The increased oiliness of your skin will create lots of acne. For some guys this barely happens, for others they’ll be covered in it. The acne, if it occurs, usually appears on the face, back and shoulders. This isn’t permanent, though. After about 1-2, the acne goes. Until then, invest in a good acne cream. As well as this, you’re going to smell badly, like a male changing room in high school. Invest in a good deodorant and shower often, and you’ll be fine.

Hairline - This is one of the first changes, along with bottom growth and acne, and it continues for up to a year. Testosterone basically changes your hairline into a more masculine pattern, which helps passing greatly. This is a slow change, and will continue for about a year. This isn’t a permanent change, and will revert back if you quit T. There’s also a chance of male pattern baldness, but this depends on your genetics. A way to see if it’ll happen to you is to look at male relatives, especially fathers and brothers.

Voice Dropping - This occurs around the two-three month mark, and will continue changing for about a year, but can for up to two. This is a permanant change that will only go away if you do voice therapy/training.

Menstruation Stopping - Your period should stop between two and six months on T. You may have spotting of blood for a little while after full ones stop. If it doesn’t stop by 7/8 months, you can speak to your endocrinologist about upping your dose. This change isn’t permanent, and will restart if you ever stop T, unless you’ve had a hysterectomy.

Vaginal Atrophy - This starts around three to six months. It basically means that your vaginal walls will thin, and you will lose lubrication. If you choose to be penetrated, you will need to be careful and use lube. This is will revert to normal if you choose to stop T.

Body/Facial Hair Growth - Around two to three months is when your first facial hair is most likely to come in. However, it’ll be pretty fine, and fairly unnoticeable. Some men are unable to grow anything past stubble, others can grow full Santa beards. It just depends on your genetics, so check out your male family member’s facial hair. The growth will increase until around two years on T. At that point, it will still grow, but will stay at the same speed/texture. Thicker body hair comes in around three to four months. It’ll take around eighteen months to two years for that to even out, as well. If you go off T, you will still have facial hair and manly body hair. However, the texture will turn fine, and growth will slow down. Facial hair growth won’t stop, unless you get laser removal surgery, due to the follicles already being there.

Body Fat Redistribution - This, again, will start around three to six months. Testosterone removes fat from your hips, thighs, ass, and a slight bit from your chest. This usually goes to your stomach, so working out and eating healthily will be necessary if you want to stay in shape. This isn’t a permanent change, and the fat will go back to how it was before if you go off of T.
