Its not stupid or nonsense at all anon, your question is valid. This is what I'm here for after all.
So I did some reading before I started to answer you. Read a few articles on growth of body parts in laboratories and it doesnt seem right now that they are perfectly able to reproduce every organ, and definitely they seem to be focusing on high demand transplant organs like livers, kindneys, lungs, hearts to minimize, need of donor organs (that are currently in high demand). These processes require stem cells and a "biological blueprint" (Which is a structure that tells the cells what to do). Stem cells are blank cells that can be instructed on what to do. However stem cells have been a heavy controversy in medicine for decades, since these cells are (majority) obtained from fetal cells, so they are not as accessible for researchers.
At this moment we have such a high demand on other organs, research companies likely want to invest their small pools of resources into more commonly transplanted organs, not so much outside appendages. With that said however it doesnt mean that no research is being done on trying to make viable (live, survivable) organs and even things like penises and testicles. This is quite a new, rapidly advancing research I believe it can be a possibility to have a laboratory grown genitalia, but it may take awhile. The entire process is complex on top of the complex workings of a penis itself (there is vascular tissue, nerve tissue, muscle tissue, and more) that have to all work together to make the organ work properly.
The potential for having a lab grown penis is there, it still depends on continous; time, availability of resources, and funding.
So I think it is a real possibility in the future.
