Why døes he want me dead?

Scared of my own image. Scared of my own immaturity. Scared of my own ceiling. Scared I’ll die of uncertainty.

Fear might be the death of me. Fear leads to anxiety.

Don’t know what’s inside of me.

My Blurryface is in my head. He tells me lies and I believe them. Sometimes he seeps out through my mouth. I spread his lies to others. He blurs my vision. I can’t see straight. I can’t think straight. He claws at my flesh, leaving scars. He stops my heart. It doesn’t work properly anymore. I’m afraid it never will. 

I know who my Blurryface is and I know why he wants me dead. 

The Blurryface era has begun, our album will be out May 19th but that does not mean we can’t form a movement already. Many of us in the Clique have already seen Tyler’s explanation of his Blurryface (if not, the link is here; there was also a text post but I can’t find it).

This is an attempt to form a project for the clique for many reasons. I have seen many of you shape your own insecurities to fit Tyler’s Blurryface. While I do not know you, I know that no two people are identical. This project is meant as a safe space for the Clique members who are ready to give their fears and insecurities a name.

The idea is that you send in pictures of yourself portraying your Blurryface with the help of back paint or perhaps any shape or form of art that you think best captures and names who is hiding there in the seemingly safe nest of your darkness.

In no way is this meant to push any of you out of your own comfort zone, the last thing I want is for you to feel uncomfortable. My goal is to let you cage them here on this blog, look them in the eyes and win; dot send in material you are uncomfortable with sharing and do not judge another person’s Blurryface. This is supposed to be safe.
