If you have to vote where these people are going to be crowding your polling place, I wanna preemptively congratulate you on your bravery. 

Poll watchers, at least in California, are there to basically watch the polls, quietly. They are not to talk to voters, especially at the booths. What this man is saying he’s actually there to intimidate and sway voters. If this happens, at least in California, they’d be asked to leave the polling station and probably asked to stay 100 feet from the polling station door. Polling stations in California have “Poll Watchers Guide” pamphlets at the polling stations that outline what poll watchers are allowed to do.
