On this night it is the longest night of the year. I cooked fesenjoon, a Persian stew made of walnuts pomegranate molasses and chicken and made Persian salad and rice. You also have waltermelon and pomegranates on this night.

I miss being by the poolside and the beach! This was in Gibraltar and Spain last year!

This is a bit of a different post, but I got engaged last September to my long time boyfriend from Texas. Here are a couple of photos from our time together when he visited me last year :) We have been together for over 8 years and are getting married on my birthday in June this year :)
