Just 5-8km ride on the pushbike Try to break it in intervals to make it harder and fun What You will get lots out of riding a push bike, leg strength and core strength and cardio everyone's favourite You can also work on the techniques on how your hand position is on the bars

Tuesday
Fat blaster I find this type of workout is really intense and short So it’s great for when you don’t have much time You need a rowing machine and a mat Start off with 500m on the rower 100% effort Then followed by 10x burpees 10x leg raises 10x knees to chest 10x toe touches 10x sit ups 10x squats Then 1-2 mins rest between sets That’s 1 set Drop the row by 100m each set So 5 all up Enjoy 🙌

Monday morning workout
FARTLEK TRAINING This type of training is great for building you're fitness quick but it hurts like hell. It combines continues training with intervel training The intervels were 200m Run at 40- 50% the first one then 70-80% the next and so on. Just set a target for total distance and aim for it I Conducted a total of 3.4kms this morning

Back Superset Seated row pull / standing cable cross overs 4 sets 15 reps 10 sec rest Superset Seated row / lat pull downs 4 sets 12 reps 15 sec rest Superset Dumbell row / heaves 4 sets of12 rows / 5 heaves 20 sec rest Cardio Beep test up to number 4 With a burpie at each end very challenging
