All things in equal measure

REMNANTS     of snow now in his hands is dusted off near the snowman itself. he turns towards his creation. soon it will form the basis of the second part. he looks at the first ball with pride no one should really have for making a round object. “ i sure am, ” he replies while peaking at his friend from the side.

“ you want to help along? there’s still some things to be done. ”

“But of course!” She looks between him and the ball of snow, wondering what sort of snowman he intended to make. Hen wasn’t the best of artists, but snowmen didn’t demand much in the way of artistry.

FINALLY     snow has arrived. after having seen it, for the most part, only via a window of a jail ren couldn’t help but to love the crunch underneath his feet. the secondary scarf he holds in his bag suggests he wishes to build a snow man. to start the roll ren had grabbed an area that is otherwise quiet this afternoon.

by the time one half is done so too is hen done with her artwork. usually one makes a snow angel and yet she created a dragon. ren couldn’t help the chuckle that leaves his mouth. “ my, my; what an artpiece, ” he says while holding a gloved hand out. “ … need some help with standing up? ”

Ren was back, and seemingly all was right in the world once more. Figuring out how to turn a snow angel into a dragon was one hell of an ordeal, but she managed somehow.

“Finally got a place of your own huh?”

“Huh? Oh yeah! I do!”

“Good, now you can leave me alone.”

“Aww, and here I thought we got along just fine.”
