I hope you’re day is going well, I had a question, what does your follow through look like? My biggest problem with shifting is that I believe it, and I prep my mind all day to believe it, but when i finally get in bed and lie down, my mind goes blank, and I start stalling till I fall asleep and wake up here. I do feel it’s partially cuz I’m perma shifting, but I don’t know what to do other than that

What some of you have been waiting for … Jade’s shifting routine. ི ✿ ⁺

step one: turn on some music.

it doesn’t have to be specifically something that reminds you of your desired reality, but it helps.

Calming music is the best!

I typically make a playlist for every reality or I listen to specific albums that remind me of that place I’m going to. For instance, I have a playlist that I made for my stranger things reality. I turned that on Thursday night so I could shift there.

step two: start scripting.

Typically this is a timeframe where I read over my (very boring and not detailed) script. However, I add things here and there as well.

“Jade do you have a safety script?”

In all honesty, no…I script [mentally] that I can’t die and I’m always safe. Is that not enough? Anyway, I digress.

That was an example of how not detailed my scripts are.

step three: meditate.

You don’t need to meditate, but I always recommend it for your wellbeing. Calm your mind. It costs nothing.

I know everyone has been against meditation, but I can’t live without it. It’s honestly something crucial for me. It’s what I do in life in general.

I view reality shifting as meditation. Calling my shifts “meditations” has helped me a lot.

What I do to meditate is count to 10 in sets of 10, which totals to 100. I count verbally. I just breathe in and out like normal or I’ll use a breathing technique I learned in high school choir. I think it’s called box breathing.

step four: start affirming.

I use many affirmations, but my main affirmations are these:

I am in my desired reality because I just am.

Shifting is something I just do.

I am shifting because I said so.

After affirming, I pretty much shift or fall asleep after that. That’s about it. I’m not big on methods — I hate methods.

I’ve just started learning the concept of shifting and im inlove — ok straight to the point. Does shifting clash with religion? I’ve been thinking about it. . . Is shifting allowed for any religion?

As far as shifting being close friends with Buddhism, there’s nothing it “clashes” with. Reality shifting is no kind of sin in any book. I’m not the most religious (anymore), but I do know that God doesn’t shift you or anything either.

I believe that shifting comes from within so there’s nothing you’re necessarily doing “wrong.” You can kind of even rewrite religions / the concepts of it. That’s how I see it at least.

In conclusion, no, don’t worry about religion.

Jade. A girl from Panem with no idea on how she won the games. She grew up writing poetry and speaking to the animals around her. The reaping was always a day she dreaded of course. However, she didn’t dread it like others did. She dreaded it because she knew her name would be pulled. She had dreams of a forest and she saw Lilies everywhere she went. “Maybe this is a backwards manifestation,” she said on train to the capital. This was for sure no coincidence.

So, I heard you’re trying to make your affirmations stick when shifting ͏͏╲ manifesting.

I’m the girl for you! I’ve got you covered. As hard as it sounds, it’s actually very easy.

This of course goes with what I always say: Make everything you want law.

However, let’s talk about how you don’t even have to believe in something to still have it.

You ever seen a girl so absolutely gorgeous, but she believes she’s not? Yet she’s still a baddie. She doesn’t have to believe it, she just is.

So what’s the difference between you and that girl?

Do you truly think you need to believe you can shift in order to do so? Do you truly think you need to believe you have your desires in order to have them?

How about, “I have this because I just do.” Or “I am in my desired reality because I just am.”

That’s because the 3D doesn’t even matter. The fourth dimension only allows it to think it does. Do you realize that you’re the 4D?

I literally disregard the 3D when shifting because it’s really an illusion. Illusions are controlled by us. We make them, we take them down. Shift because you just are. Have your desires because you just do.

There is no need for an explanation regarding anything!

So next time when you’re affirming, remember that you just are!

“It’s just not happening” is only a feeling.

Oh, and honey, I know. It hurts like hell to not understand what’s going on and how you’re “not shifting.”

But have we ever looked at it like this: Maybe you’re not feeling like something is clicking because it has already clicked.

That is insane to say, but it’s most likely true. We shifters have been shifting for months and years on end and it has become something our brains understand pretty well.

After being a shifter for god knows how long, I can definitely attest to shifting being something my brain just understands. I no longer expect a “click” or a bubble to pop. I just shift.

Typically, I see many shifters saying the same thing for them as well.

Maybe it’s universal, maybe it’s not. But what I do know is that you’ll shift regardless. I think TikTok misconceptions have really taught shifters that there isn’t a guarantee you’ll shift, but that’s simply not true. You’ll shift because you said so.

Technically, you’ve already shifted because you’re already aligned with whatever you want. It’s that simple.

Have a good time in your desired realities because it’s your birthright as one with a subconscious mind.

Well girl, it’s my 13th reason. I know I can’t speak for everyone, but I can tell you that mine put me through hell and heaven regarding my shifting journey.

As a shifter that has tried everything in the book from every method to advice giver on TikTok, I know what it’s like to be stressed and wondering, “what am I doing so wrong?” The answer to that question is nothing. You’re doing nothing wrong.

And before I continue writing, I want you to know that astrology isn’t even an issue. This post is merely a story on how a girl started to understand herself better based on her natal chart (me).

For some background, I am an Aquarius Mercury. An Aquarius Mercury is quite the analytical and logical type. Basically, I run a strict program and I like to know every detail about everything. So with shifting, I’ve always wanted to know why shifting is a thing and how to achieve it in “all scientific perfection.”

Growing up, I always studied quantum physics and how it shapes our world. That’s why I always mention bubbles popping and us “already being in our desired reality.” It’s simply because I added mechanisms from quantum physics and the multiverse theory. Those two make a beautiful couple if you’d ask me.

Beautifully, we are all energetically connected to here and there which had made shifting a lot easier for my mind to grasp onto. I have an analytical and logical mind. It cannot be slowed down, but it can be convinced.

So Jade, why is your mercury sign important?

Oh, she’s very important in this topic.

I wouldn’t know how to tame her if not.

My mercury is the determinative of my thoughts, my learning, and most importantly, my world.

We humans like to either think or feel. My body chose to feel the day I was born. I am an Aquarius sun and a Libra rising (29°). My Libra rising didn’t help at all. I’d love to have been a February Aquarius and just feel a lot of things, but I was born January 30th. (This is not meaning that all Feb. Aquarius’s are feelers, but a chunk are based on statistics).

That day, my mother birthed me and I didn’t cry. I analyzed my world. I began to speak at quite an early age as well. She knew I’d be difficulty intelligent, but I didn’t know I was difficulty intelligent until I became a shifter.

Learning the background of it and understanding why it was so important made no sense to me at the age of thirteen. (Dracotok was some bullshit). I thought it made no sense, so I came up with my own idea: “How about I make something up for my brain?”

I started comparing the multiverse theory, consciousness theory, the gateway experience, and quantum physics. I put them all together at some point and was in heaven.

When I dibble dabbled in astrology at seventeen and realized, “this makes absolute sense!” That was because I saw that I was an Aquarius Mercury. I could’ve cried on the spot, but I decided to put that in my pocket and save it for later.

So after all of those, “what am I doing so wrong,” tears, I wanted to smash my laptop, but also thank myself for not being born in February.

I realized being an analyst wasn’t a curse, but just one of my very important and beneficial traits.

Do I need to have a “main” anything?

The short and sweet answer to that is no. You don’t need a main reality, a main s/o, or main anything. You don’t need to focus on one thing about shifting.

What I am known best for is having no main reality that I shift to. I’m the final boss of it, actually.

I have a new DR all the time. Although my boyfriends stay the same, that’s about it. Am I saying you have to be like this, though? Not at all. You can even switch the boyfriend’s part all the time as well.
