I've been slacking a bit with exercising lately, so my heart was absolutely pumping hard after a nice go on the rebounder. If you listen closely, I think there's a quick skip 4 seconds in. How fast was my heart? Let me know, and hope you enjoy! ❤️

I'm not sure what to record next, so I'll let y'all decide. It's been a good while since I've recorded my heartbeat with breath holds, while it's only been a bit since I last did a pleasure heartbeat file. Meanwhile, I've posted a good amount of post-exercise files recently, but don't want to post too many of those in a row. I'll post whatever wins around this time tomorrow.
