That is absolutely exquisite. It’s a real work of art. The amount of detail you’ve got in there, just, wow. How did you do the rug? And is that bobble trim on the curtains? @granada-brett-crumbs it’s amazing!

thanks for asking @artemisastarte! Does it really look like bobble trim on the curtains?? cause that was the look I was going for, but it’s really just a blanket stitch, I couldn’t find a way to make mini bobble trim without loosing my mind. Now about the rug: I found out that you can print on tissue paper, so that’s what I did, first I searched an image of a rug from the right period and size, then I downsized it (of course :P), printed it on the tissue paper and glued it to an old piece of white fabric with bookbinding glue to keep it flexible, then I let it dry completely under some weight, after it dried I found that the glue blurred some of the details and desaturated the colors a little bit, so I retouched it with markers and then painted the borders, then I gave it a finishing coat of mate sealer and that’s it :)

OH MY. That lighting, such atmosphere. And the fireplace appears to have been used! Wow, wow, wow, wow.

This is amazing. The detail is wonderful.
