Asteroid Industria (389) is an interesting asteroid as it isn't necessarily connected to an ancient mythological figure. This asteroid represents where or how we are the most industrious, hardworking, diligent and disciplined. I even believe that this asteroid could be used for extra information regarding your career, based on where it is placed.
Asteroid Industria (389) through the Houses
1st House: When you put your best foot forward you give of the impression of someone who works hard and is extremely disciplined in your duties. In fact you revel in being identified as the workaholic, because that is what you feel you are. A hard worker. However you could come across as so hardworking that people would assume you are always busy and putting yourself first, a person who puts themselves and their duties above all else...to the detriment of your relationships. In terms of appearance you could have a very robust physique and sturdy frame, possibly calloused hands and dark circles. You might even have a very fast paced walk. You are the ultimate busy body and you'd feel lost if you weren't constantly working and giving it your all, because your identity is closely ties to how hard you work.
2nd House: With this placement; hard work, diligence and discipline is of the highest value to you; whether it be in yourself or someone else. You believe that nothing in life can be attained without putting in those long hours, blood sweat and tears. This placement could be very beneficial if you have entrepreneurial ideas up your sleeve.
