It’s quite interesting that humans will do anything known to man to... well ... be “happy”. 

Happiness, today is portrayed through the wonderful world of social media as being able to live “that life”. “That life’’ - nice cars, lavish homes, expensive clothes and of course stacks of money etc.

All those things are fucking amazing no doubt about that B U T to me that can’t be the THE MAIN road to happiness. To me it’s more the way for individuals to portray to others that they are happy. 

Are they truly happy tho?

I believe that all of us have different way’s/ roads to happiness. Having financial stability definitely makes life easier no doubt, but how can a material object truly cause long lasting happiness?

Personally, happiness comes from being with family making memories, inside jokes, being weird, caring of them and being there for them. 

I find happiness also in being able to love another human being that once upon a time was a stranger. I find happiness in caring for them, being that one person they know that will never let them down, knowing exactly what to do to turn their day around, making them smile . 

Loving someone makes me happy as fucked up as it may be i can’t be mad at it, a human being that I can grow with, make memories with, become successful with, make new lives with is was much more meaningful than a car, a pair of jeans, a mansion or a diamond chain.

Wake up, get your priorities straight and stop living for others.
