Seriously, get some sleep and google the effect of not sleeping on your brain in the morning!

A good way to do a reset from what I've heard is to not sleep for a full 24 hours choosing a healthy time to go to bed (10 pm) and a good time to wake up (7-8 am) set a alarm if you need to
