Wukong manages to get a weapon from Ao Guang (he doesn't even need to steal in this AU. 😝) Heading off in the direction the ship was last though apparently it's course keeps changing back and forth. (Curtosy of Mac using shadows to turn the wheel/sails)

Macaque however gets a bit cocky about the missing supplies. "Lose something?" He asks them with a subtle smirk.

One of the poachers accuse him of doing something to them, but he says he is busy enjoying the "hospitality of his room."

Macaque can't bust himself out with his shadows since the lock is magic proof, but that doesn't mean he isn't using it to mess with the poachers. Starts subtly changing their course knocking supplies off the deck etc. Of course he can only control a couple shadows at this point, but he's definitely putting it to good use.
