Okay overly descriptive intro post!
Hi, I’m Violet, been a fan of Stranger Things since 2016 and a fan of IT since 2017!
Was introduced to Stranger Things by my friend about a month after season 1 aired and it’s been my special interest ever since! Nancy has been my favourite character since day one
Was introduced to IT by the film because Finn Wolfhard was in it and the Stranger Things fans were talking about it. I wasn’t allowed to watch it when it first came out until a few months later(I was 13 at the time) and wasn’t allowed to read the book.
Got gifted the book for my 14th birthday. Read it on and off from 2018-2023 until I restarted the whole thing and read the entire book during summer 2023.
Used to be a fan of the films but am now a book fan only through and through although the 1990 adaptation is pretty decent and unfortunately the nostalgia of IT 2017 still hits like a truck. I #DoNot like that adaptation though.
Been on Tumblr since 2017 but had been lurking on here without an account in the Stranger Things tags since the year prior.
Used to post about Stranger Things and It on main until early 2018 when I decided to make this side blog for some reason.
The Stranger Things and It fandoms being lumped into one is sort of a thing of the past now and doesn’t really apply to me anymore as a book purist but whatever, I’m still here and I love it :)
